Pre Tan Guidelines: Shave, wax and exfoliate at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Do not do these the day of your spray tan appointment. No showering 4 hours prior to your appointment. Make sure skin is product free (no makeup, deodorant or lotions on skin). You may wear undergarments of preference. Disposable thongs are provided. Please wear loose clothing post spray tan and slides/flip flops/clogs. Complete any other self care appointments BEFORE your spray tan—including nails, massages, waxes & lashes. *Traveling fees may apply for house call appointments. *Coupons and promos cannot be combined or used with another promo (including $35 Tan Tuesday).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give a 24 hour notice for all cancellations to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of appointment will be charged 100% of service cost. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. Tan Package holders, you will not be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment but will lose the scheduled tan from your package. Unlimited Monthly Package holders will not be charged for their FIRST same day cancellation. After your first same day cancellation, there will be a $10 fee for every cancellation done within 6 hours of your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show.
